Lead Engineer – Dry Utilities (Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Engineer – Dry Utilities (Infrastructure) to join our Energy team in India. This role offers the chance to work on impactful energy projects across global offices while developing technical expertise in a supportive, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specific and moderate portions of broader engineering assignments, gathering and correlating basic data using established procedures.
• Execute detailed engineering tasks involving calculations, simple tests, and design of primary elements for engineering works.
• Propose solutions to new problems by adapting standard methods and identify discrepancies in results.
• Provide guidance to entry‑level engineers and work within agreed budgets and schedules with minimal supervision.
• Prepare and review electrical designs (EHV, HV, MV, LV), street lighting, telecom, ELV, ICT networks, pump stations, water‑treatment plants, EV charging stations, substations, and power transmission & distribution networks.

Required profile

• B.Tech or Master of Engineering (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience, preferably with exposure to international projects (Middle East, UK, USA, Canada, ANZ).
