Lead – E‑Commerce (Flipkart & Myntra)

About the role

The Lead – E‑Commerce will own the end‑to‑end performance of Philips' presence on Flipkart and Myntra. You will drive growth, ensure high service levels and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless online experience.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate customer forecasts with order and logistics teams to achieve high service levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, run regular cross‑functional meetings and track progress for key accounts.
• Develop and execute account strategies, co‑creating business plans with marketplace partners to meet growth targets.
• Build and manage strategic e‑commerce partnerships, securing prime placement and expanding customer reach.
• Optimize e‑commerce fundamentals using data‑driven insights to meet profitability and growth objectives.
• Ensure product information is accurate and up‑to‑date across digital touchpoints during promotions.
• Lead a team, handling talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and career development.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budget reports based on historical data, market trends and financial metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, marketing or e‑commerce, preferably managing key online retailer relationships.
