Lead Development Associate

About the role

The Lead Development Associate will support global development, account research, and contact prospecting for Arrow Converge. You will work with customer and vendor market data, create reports, and enable stakeholders with actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct account research, contact prospecting, and lead identification based on business requirements.
• Maintain accurate lead, account, and contact data in Salesforce and produce regular reports and trackers.
• Support Power BI dashboards and use Power Automate to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations for business reviews and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and continuously identify opportunities for process and productivity improvement.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in lead development, account research, market research, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer and vendor markets and ability to meet global stakeholder requirements.
• Proactive approach to process improvement, automation, and data quality.

Required skills

• Salesforce – working knowledge.
• Power BI – reporting and dashboards.
• Power Automate – process automation.
• Excel – data analysis and reporting.
• PowerPoint – presentation and business storytelling.
• Web sourcing tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn for account and contact prospecting.
