Lead - Compensation & Benefits

About the role

The Lead – Compensation & Benefits will drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes across the organization. This senior HR professional will partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to ensure policies are data‑driven, compliant and aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business cases, simulations and scenarios to support policy creation and change management initiatives.
• Conduct secondary research on HR best practices and provide actionable recommendations.
• Review HR operations dashboards, identify performance gaps and initiate corrective actions.
• Design and implement process‑improvement frameworks in collaboration with BPHRs and CoE Leads.
• Partner with IS teams to develop tools and system enhancements for compensation and benefits.
• Facilitate timely data flow for analytics, prepare high‑impact reports and identify strategic intervention opportunities.
• Lead training content development, vendor coordination and effectiveness tracking for HR processes.
• Monitor customer expectations, flag risks and ensure closure of open items.
• Manage vendor contracts, payments and expense processes as required.
• Create compliance tracking artifacts and support audit procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compensation and benefits, HR analytics, and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of change management and policy development.
• Experience collaborating with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence and IT teams.
• Ability to conduct research, synthesize best practices and present recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
