Lead Auditor – Social Compliance (SA8000, CSCA)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Auditor to drive ethical business practices and improve workplace standards for our clients. The role involves planning, executing and reporting on social compliance audits across factories in North India.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and conduct Social Compliance Audits such as SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, WRAP and factory assessments.
• Evaluate labour practices, health & safety, ethics and management systems against applicable standards.
• Interview workers and management to verify compliance and gather evidence.
• Prepare high‑quality audit reports, corrective action plans and certification documentation.
• Support clients in strengthening ethical sourcing and responsible business practices while ensuring adherence to APSCA, ISO and Bureau Veritas quality standards.

Required profile

• APSCA Level 3 (CSCA Qualified) – mandatory.
• 6‑8 years of industry experience with at least 4 years in social compliance auditing.
• Lead Auditor certification from a recognized body and strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and EHS requirements.
• Willingness to travel extensively across locations.
