Lead Applied Value Engineer – HLS DACH

About the role

The Celonis Value Engineering team manages the entire customer value lifecycle, from sales through renewal and expansion. As a Lead Applied Value Engineer you will support GCC customers in India and other APAC regions, uncover business challenges and drive value realization across the adoption and expansion phases.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with GCC customers to identify core business challenges and define how Celonis can meet their objectives.
• Provide support to other regions, including APAC, to establish and grow foundational accounts.
• Build strong, trusted relationships through technical expertise, product knowledge and business acumen.
• Conduct ROI analysis, develop business cases and create reusable collateral, best‑practice guides and tools.
• Facilitate value‑assessment workshops, derive improvement measures, and present realized value to senior and C‑level executives.
• Develop strategic expansion road‑maps and feed customer insights back to product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years in an analytical, customer‑facing role such as solution consulting, sales engineering or IT/management consulting for a SaaS provider.
• Proven experience in process improvement, value realization and managing multiple projects across the value journey.
• Strong executive stakeholder management with excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
