Lead Applied Value Engineer – High Tech

About the role

As a Lead Applied Value Engineer for the High‑Tech industry, you will act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve strategic goals and realize measurable value using Celonis’ Process Intelligence Platform. You will partner with the sales team, drive end‑to‑end value journeys, and blend deep process expertise with strong consulting and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify & frame high‑impact use cases, build demos and business cases, and conduct value assessments or proof‑of‑value projects for C‑level executives.
• Facilitate business value workshops, derive improvement measures, and present realized value to senior management.
• Own the full customer value journey – landing, expanding, adoption and renewal – and create strategic expansion roadmaps.
• Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the Celonis platform and applications based on new use cases.

Required profile

• Experience in analytical, solution‑consulting or SaaS roles focused on delivering business value through data and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of business software (e.g., SAP), RPA, BI tools, and ability to collaborate with IT teams.
• Proven project‑management skills, managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Understanding of the High‑Tech domain and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Relevant degree in technology, engineering, computer science, economics or similar.
