Lead Analyst, IT Service Delivery

About the role

The IT Service Delivery Functional Lead for Manufacturing SAP will act as the primary liaison between business units, IT Basis, IT Security and functional teams. This hybrid position combines technical SAP expertise with strong relationship‑building to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in process execution across incident, problem, change and configuration management.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to mature operations and increase service visibility.
• Advise the business on standards, tools and applications, recommending optimal alternatives.
• Partner with business and technical teams to reach consensus on solutions and drive delivery.
• Define use cases that align technology outputs with commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Business.
• 7‑10 years of IT and manufacturing experience with SAP.
• Proven ability to lead on‑shore and off‑shore technical teams.
• Strong data‑analysis and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Self‑directed, meets deadlines and produces high‑quality work.

Required skills

• SAP ECC functional expertise.
• Modules: FICO, PP, MM, WM, PPQM.
