Lead Affiliate Marketing (Fintech)

About the role

Paytm Money is seeking an experienced leader to build and scale its affiliate and partnership acquisition channel across mutual funds, equities, and derivatives. You will own the end‑to‑end affiliate charter, driving high‑quality user acquisition while ensuring strong ROI and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the affiliate marketing strategy for all investment products, managing budgets, payouts and ROI.
• Onboard and nurture relationships with content platforms, fintech aggregators, influencers and broker comparison sites.
• Drive acquisition of demat accounts, SIP registrations and active traders while monitoring traffic quality, conversion rates and fraud.
• Launch, test and optimise campaigns, creatives, messaging and landing pages, refining commission structures as needed.
• Track performance using attribution tools, analysing CAC, conversion, activation and overall channel contribution.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to improve onboarding journeys and align campaigns with new offers.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of experience in affiliate, partnership or performance marketing, preferably in broking, fintech or wealth platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate channels with measurable ROI and quality metrics.
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, attribution tools and fraud detection.
• Experience managing large‑scale publisher partnerships and negotiating commission models.
