Lead - Administration

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Administration Lead to oversee all administrative functions across our corporate offices and project sites. The role ensures smooth operation of facilities, security, travel, vendor and fleet management, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations of corporate and project offices, ensuring optimal functioning of facilities and infrastructure.
• Oversee office buildings, guest houses, and project accommodations, including housekeeping, maintenance, pest control and cafeteria services.
• Establish and maintain project site offices, arranging accommodation, transportation and dining for employees.
• Identify, onboard and manage contracts with service providers such as housekeeping, security, transportation, travel and facility maintenance, monitoring performance and SLA compliance.
• Ensure physical security of offices, stores and project sites, coordinate with security agencies, implement visitor management systems and conduct periodic security audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing administrative functions for large organisations or multi‑site projects.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to travel frequently as required by the role.
