L&D Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Learning & Development Delivery Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate corporate training programs that drive business outcomes for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Working remotely, you will partner with sales, leadership, technical, and functional teams to create engaging learning experiences that support change management and skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deliver customized training sessions for sales, management, technical topics, and other skill areas.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning solutions and adjust content based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with global business segments, functions, and Centers of Expertise to localize or tailor training as needed.
• Facilitate learner participation, encourage engagement, and act as a role model for legal, ethical, and cultural considerations.
• Support moderate‑complex learning projects, mentor participants, and help learners apply training to real‑world situations.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience delivering corporate training.
• 2–4 years of presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience.
• Strong planning, communication, and change‑management capabilities.
• Financial and global business acumen with cultural awareness.
