Laundry Executive

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team and brighten guests’ stays by ensuring a continuous supply of clean linens, towels and textiles. As a Laundry Executive you will oversee the full linen processing cycle, from collection to delivery, and contribute to the memorable hospitality experience that Hilton promises.

Key responsibilities

• Keep linens clean and ready: manage all stages of linen processing, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding and delivering clean items to guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain the laundry area: ensure laundry machines and workspaces are kept clean, organized and in good working order.
• Manage inventory: monitor stock levels of linens and laundry supplies, and reorder as needed to avoid shortages.
• Delight guests: respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services, ensuring satisfaction.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a focus on delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum prior experience in laundry or housekeeping, with physical stamina to lift heavy objects and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
