Laundry Associate – Hotel Linen Services

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Conrad Bengaluru and ensure every guest experiences fresh, clean linens. As a Laundry Associate you will manage the full cycle of linen processing, supporting the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold and deliver linens, towels and other textiles.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of laundry machines and work areas.
• Monitor inventory levels of linens and laundry supplies, replenishing as needed.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services.

Required profile

• Prior experience in laundry or housekeeping.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation.
• Familiarity with laundry chemicals and proper usage.
