Laptop Technician – 4+ Years Experience (Malad, Mumbai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Laptop Technician with strong hands‑on knowledge of laptop hardware, software troubleshooting, repair, and servicing. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of practical experience and be based in or near Malad, Mumbai for convenient commuting.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues, including performance, booting, display, and charging problems.
• Replace and upgrade components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, screens, keyboards, batteries, and motherboards.
• Install and configure Windows and other required software, including OS and driver installation.
• Perform OS installation, formatting, and software troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular maintenance, testing, and ensure timely delivery of repaired devices.
• Handle customer queries, provide basic technical guidance, and visit customer locations for on‑site repairs when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Laptop/Computer/IT Technician.
• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good understanding of Windows installation, driver setup, formatting, and software configuration.
• Effective communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Willingness to perform field work and customer visits, preferably residing in or near Malad, Mumbai.
