About the role
We are looking for a Laptop Service Technician to join our team and provide hands‑on support for laptop hardware and software. The role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining laptops and related computer hardware for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Replace laptop components such as SSDs, keyboards, CPU fans and other spare parts.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and networking issues.
- Perform hardware installation, system upgrades and routine maintenance checks.
- Provide technical support to users for laptop‑related problems.
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 12th pass.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
