Landscaper Laborer

About the role

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Landscaper Laborer to perform general lawn maintenance and ensure our customers enjoy a beautiful, healthy outdoor environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of gardens and lawns throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold landscaping design and promote healthy plant growth.
• Remove weeds and dead plants from the property.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs.
• Supervise maintenance repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.
• Advise clients on proper landscape care.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and dedication to outdoor maintenance.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow landscaping design specifications.

Required skills

• Fertilizer application.
• Weed and dead‑plant removal.
