Landscape & Interior Finishing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Landscape & Interior Finishing Engineer for our project at Jammu Airport. The role involves supervising, coordinating, and monitoring both landscape and interior finishing works to ensure they are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor landscape and interior finishing works on site, including hardscape, softscape, plantation, paving, flooring, false ceiling, wall finishes, painting, partitions, doors, joinery, and stone/tile works.
• Ensure all activities comply with approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and required quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Align finishing activities with civil, MEP, and other services for smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor material quality and workmanship, and verify measurements and quantities.
• Prepare and monitor snag lists, ensure timely rectification, and manage handover activities.
• Maintain site records, prepare progress and quality reports, and ensure compliance with safety and airport project requirements.

Required profile

• B.E. (Civil) / B.Arch / M.Arch / Project Management degree (NICMAR or relevant discipline).
• 6–10 years of experience in landscape and interior finishing/site execution, preferably on airport or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality control processes.
• Ability to independently handle site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
