Lady Security Guard

About the role

As a Lady Security Guard with G4S, you will join a professional security team tasked with protecting a variety of premises such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks and factories. You will conduct foot or vehicle patrols, control access points, monitor CCTV and respond to emergencies to ensure safety and prevent criminal activity.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol on foot or by vehicle to secure premises and detect hazards.
• Control entry and exit of individuals, materials and vehicles.
• Monitor and operate CCTV and other security systems.
• Respond to emergency situations and assist in incident resolution.
• Write and submit daily reports to the supervisor as per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th pass.
• Height: at least 5 ft 7 in for men, 5 ft for women.
• Age: 18‑35 for freshers, up to 40 for experienced guards.
• Physically and medically fit, with a mature appearance.
