Lady Security Guard

About the role

G4S is seeking professionally trained Lady Security Guards to protect a variety of premises, including building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks and factories. The role involves both foot and vehicle patrols, access control, and active monitoring of security systems to ensure safety and prevent criminal activity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols across assigned sites.
• Control entry and exit of individuals, materials and vehicles.
• Monitor CCTV and other security systems.
• Secure equipment, people and information.
• Respond to emergencies and hazardous situations.
• Write and submit daily reports to the supervisor.
• Assist in identifying and preventing criminal activity.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th pass.
• Height: at least 5 ft 7 in for men, 5 ft for women.
• Age: 18‑35 for freshers, up to 40 for experienced guards.
• Physically and medically fit, with a mature appearance.

Required skills

• Foot and vehicle patrol techniques.
• Access control procedures.
• CCTV monitoring.
• Operation of security systems.
