Laboratory Technician – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our night‑shift team at Nobell Micropath Laboratory. The role involves performing routine clinical tests, handling samples, and ensuring the laboratory operates safely and efficiently during overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and sample processing according to standard protocols.
• Operate laboratory equipment and analyzers safely.
• Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation.
• Follow quality control, biosafety, and laboratory safety procedures.
• Ensure proper sample identification, handling, storage, and disposal.
• Coordinate with senior technicians, pathologists, and other laboratory staff.
• Keep the laboratory area clean and functional.
• Report technical issues, discrepancies, or critical findings to senior staff.

Required profile

• Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / B.Sc. Microbiology or equivalent.
• Previous laboratory experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of routine laboratory procedures and sample handling.
• Ability to work independently during night shift.
• Responsible, punctual, detail‑oriented.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
