About the role
We are looking for a Lab Technician specialized in Pathology to join our NABL‑accredited laboratory. The role involves handling patient samples, operating analytical equipment, and ensuring strict quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process clinical samples for analysis.
- Run biochemistry and haematology analysers according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate quality control logs and documentation.
- Adhere to biosafety protocols and laboratory safety guidelines.
- Assist in routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Required profile
- DMLT or B.Sc. MLT qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with automated analysers.
- Commitment to strict biosafety and quality standards.
Required skills
- Automated analyser operation.
