About the role

We are seeking qualified Lab and Radiology Technicians, including MLT and DMLT professionals, to join our diagnostic team. The role involves handling biological samples, performing tests, and ensuring high‑quality laboratory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and accurately label biological samples, preparing them for testing.
• Perform a variety of laboratory tests following standard protocols to diagnose and monitor patient conditions.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly to guarantee reliable results.
• Record test results meticulously and analyze data to support patient diagnostics and treatment plans.
• Implement quality control procedures to uphold laboratory standards and patient safety.
• Follow regulatory and environmental safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Degree in M.D.S., M.Pharma, M.Sc, M.Tech, or MVSC.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise measurements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for interpreting data and interacting with healthcare professionals.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and report generation.
