About the role
We are seeking qualified Lab and Radiology Technicians, including MLT and DMLT professionals, to join our diagnostic team. The role involves handling biological specimens, performing a range of laboratory tests, and ensuring the accuracy and safety of all procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and accurately label biological samples for testing.
- Perform laboratory tests following standard protocols to support patient diagnosis.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to guarantee reliable results.
- Record test results meticulously and analyze data for diagnostic purposes.
- Implement quality control procedures to uphold laboratory standards.
- Follow regulatory and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Required profile
- Degree in M.D.S., M.Pharma, M.Sc, M.Tech, or MVSC.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
