L2 System Administrator

About the role

The L2 System Administrator will be responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing the client’s software, hardware, and network infrastructure based on service requests. The role ensures timely ticket handling, adherence to SLA commitments, and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve tickets raised by end‑users within defined SLA timeframes.
• Provide solutioning for service requests while maintaining quality standards.
• Act as custodian of client network, servers, storage, and other infrastructure components.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on incidents and develop action plans.
• Deliver immediate resolution for high‑priority tickets and ensure zero escalations.
• Install and configure software and hardware as per request specifications.
• Manage user access and application provisioning.
• Track tickets from acceptance through resolution and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with on‑site teams for complex problem resolution.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Demonstrated ability to work under SLA pressure and meet client expectations.
• Strong analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with end‑users and internal teams.
