About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team and take charge of analysing operational and financial data, monitoring project profitability, and supporting decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational and financial data, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor profitability of projects, business lines and operational activities.
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports and analyses for the Management Board.
• Create financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Co‑create and control budget execution, performing variance analysis.
• Track key KPI indicators and recommend corrective actions.
• Support operational departments with cost analysis and decision support.
• Participate in investment profitability analysis and risk assessment.
• Develop presentations and data visualisations.
• Take part in audits, internal controls and develop reporting tools.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or data work.
• Experience handling large data sets and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions.
• Ability to present data clearly and business‑oriented.
• Self‑initiative, independence and capacity to work under pressure.
• High accuracy, meticulousness and stress resilience.
• Effective communication and collaboration with various departments.
