About the role

ETG Grupa is seeking a motivated Wholesale Sales Representative to expand market share across all product segments. You will work closely with brand managers and wholesale customers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Increase market share in each product segment according to the annual sales plan.
• Present and promote brands from the ETG Trade portfolio.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to wholesale customers.
• Coordinate activities with brand managers.
• Create and monitor potential orders, requests, and offers.
• Organise contract negotiations with customers.
• Ensure timely execution of tasks and monitor receivables.
• Continuously improve processes, quality, and service speed.
• Track competitor activity and suggest price adjustments.
• Recommend stock replenishment in line with market needs.
• Identify new clients and business opportunities.
• Develop promotional sales actions and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Education in economics (VI, VII1/VII2 level).
• Good knowledge of English.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
