Knowledge Management Associate

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Knowledge Management Associate to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of technology‑enabled knowledge solutions across its Transfer Agency business. The role will work closely with internal partners to automate manual processes, enhance knowledge sharing and ensure consistent communication.

Key responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive or high‑risk processes and design practical automation and workflow solutions.
• Create and maintain SharePoint sites, knowledge tools, digital resources and other technology‑enabled assets.
• Partner with business areas to gather requirements, test solutions and ensure scalability and user‑friendliness.
• Support the development and enhancement of core knowledge‑management strategies and tools.
• Act as liaison to internal business partners, delivering timely communications via email, presentations or meetings.
• Represent the Knowledge Management team in corporate projects, managing timelines, risks and deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven ability to analyse processes and propose technology‑driven improvements.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external trainers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal stakeholder engagement.
