Kitchen Stewarding Associate

About the role

The Kitchen Stewarding Associate supports hotel food‑and‑beverage operations by ensuring clean, sanitized kitchen and dining environments. This entry‑level position works across kitchen, employee dining, and other service areas to keep equipment and dishware ready for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, utensils, and dining ware.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and hand‑wash stations.
• Transport dishware and supplies between kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
• Follow all company safety, security, and hygiene policies; report any hazards or incidents.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Greet and acknowledge guests in accordance with brand standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, lifting and moving items up to 25 lb.

Required profile

• No specific education requirement; high school diploma or GED not mandatory.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to work extended periods on foot and perform repetitive motions.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain confidentiality.
