About the role
Autogrill is seeking a full‑time Kitchen Steward for its Bengaluru location. The role supports the kitchen team by handling dishwashing, cleaning and basic food preparation while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Keep workstations, storage areas and kitchen surfaces clean and organized.
- Assist cooks with basic food preparation and simple cooking tasks as needed.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company procedures.
- Collaborate with cooks and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform moderate physical tasks.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work collaboratively with diverse team members.
- Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or hospitality setting is an advantage.
