Kitchen Steward – Full‑time

About the role

The Kitchen Steward will work full‑time on‑site in Vijayawada, supporting the kitchen team by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. This position is essential for smooth food preparation and service, ensuring that all equipment, utensils, and work areas meet hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, floors, and storage areas according to food safety guidelines.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and ingredient organization.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling in compliance with institutional policies.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and inventory as needed.
• Support the kitchen team during peak service periods to ensure timely operations.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking processes.
• Experience with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning procedures.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with chefs and service staff.
