Kitchen Steward – Full-Time (Hyderabad)

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Kitchen Steward to join our wellness resort in Hyderabad. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and supporting the kitchen team in a fast‑paced, pure‑vegetarian environment.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen, dining, and service areas clean and hygienic.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and other support tasks.
• Set up and clear dining tables before and after meals.
• Serve food and beverages to guests and attend to their basic requirements politely.
• Replenish water, cutlery, crockery, napkins and other dining supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and common areas and support basic housekeeping duties.
• Handle waste disposal and uphold sanitation standards.
• Support the hospitality team wherever needed and follow safety and service protocols.

Required profile

• Previous experience in kitchen stewarding, restaurant, hotel or hospitality is preferred.
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to work flexible shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline during busy periods.
