About the role

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking reliable Kitchen Staff to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, support catering functions, and work across all positions within the kitchen. The role involves daily set‑up of serving lines, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock serving lines, ensuring food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plans and Opaa! recipes, including baking bread, cakes, and cookies.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, cafeteria, and dishwashing areas; monitor chemical usage.
• Manage inventory using FIFO procedures and keep cooler/storage areas tidy.
• Record production data, temperature logs, and comply with HACCP and CACFP regulations.
• Participate in safety programs, meetings, and required training.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and follow standardized recipes.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to attend meetings, trainings, and safety incentive programs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep work areas organized.

Required skills

• Operation of slicers, mixers, grinders and related kitchen equipment.
• Food preparation according to standardized recipes.
• HACCP compliance and food safety temperature monitoring.
• FIFO inventory management.
• Dishwashing equipment operation and chemical handling.
