Key User (KU) Accounts Payable and A2A – S/4HANA

About the role

We are looking for a Key User (KU) specialized in Accounts Payable and A2A on SAP S/4HANA to join our Finance team in Bangalore. You will act as the single point of contact for vendor accounting and procure‑to‑pay processes, ensuring compliance with Indian regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the S/4HANA Accounts Payable expert and SPOC for vendor accounting.
• Support customization of PISA S/4 connections, MEC activities and bridge gaps for MDM topics.
• Collaborate with tax teams to ensure correct TDS and other withholding tax setups.
• Maintain ICR reconciliation and payable ageing reports in S/4HANA.
• Document processes, benchmark standards, and validate PISA configurations.
• Participate in data migration, system testing and integration with procurement and logistics.
• Deliver end‑user training and create material for S2P and A2A teams on vendor invoicing, clearing, ageing and reporting.

Required profile

• B.Com, MBA Finance or equivalent accounting/financial management degree (non‑correspondence).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable and P2P processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI‑AP module, Indian tax regulations and inter‑company reconciliation.
• Understanding of financial close, invoice posting, vendor and dispute management.
