About the role
We are looking for a proactive Key Accounts Manager to build and sustain long‑term relationships with our most important clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and met while driving growth for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and requirements.
- Translate client needs to internal teams and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare regular account status reports, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Resolve issues and customer complaints promptly.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to build lasting client relationships.
- Problem‑solving mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
