Key Account Sales Specialist (International Markets)

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Sales Specialist to drive growth of Broons Tea in international markets. Based in Kottayam, you will manage relationships with key distributors and retailers worldwide, ensuring consistent sales performance and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across global regions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to international partners.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and logistics to support promotional campaigns and accurate forecasting.
• Produce regular performance reports for international accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or management, preferably in FMCG or beverage sectors.
• Proven track record handling strategic accounts in international markets.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or related field.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows and market visits.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
