Key Account Manager – Sciences (Electron Microscopy)

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific India is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead sales and commercial activities for its Electron Microscopy business across industrial, research, academic and high‑end analytical markets. You will develop strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and align local account strategies with global plans while expanding the portfolio and generating new business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and commercial activities for Electron Microscopy solutions across target markets.
• Manage large corporate, industrial, institutional and government accounts.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key market leaders and opinion leaders in high‑end research.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with service, sales, finance and product management teams.

Required profile

• Scientific or technical degree (MSc‑Science or B.Tech) in engineering; MBA is a plus.
• More than 16 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Proven track record handling large corporate, industrial, institutional and government customers.
• Strong business planning, strategic analysis and negotiation abilities at senior stakeholder level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in advanced English.
