Key Account Manager – Rolls West

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Rolls West region. You will develop and execute account plans, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a detailed Key Account Plan that outlines short‑ and medium‑term strategies focused on value‑based selling.
• Deliver on the Annual Sales Plan, increasing share‑of‑wallet and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly cross‑functional interactions between Avery Dennison and key accounts.
• Publish a monthly Key Account Dashboard to track performance metrics.
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline for share‑gain and new innovation projects.
• Collect accounts receivables on time to meet DSO targets.
• Monitor competition and industry trends, proposing actions to mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Team player with strong self‑motivation and a solid understanding of the selling process.
• Ability to use sales tools and techniques, including thorough knowledge of the SPIN methodology.
• Strong analytical skills to translate sales data into actionable plans.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills for interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• Broad business acumen and understanding of customer value.
• Engineering (BE/B‑Tech) or MBA background is desirable but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
