Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce Nutrition Brands

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead growth and brand presence for our digital‑first nutrition portfolio on quick‑commerce platforms. You will own the digital and sales strategy for brands such as MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals, Gritzo and TrueBasics, ensuring they thrive in a fast‑moving online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy by building strong relationships with category managers and platform stakeholders.
• Optimize product listings, content and brand messaging across quick‑commerce sites.
• Collaborate with platform teams to run paid ads, banner placements and monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, etc.).
• Work with supply‑chain and operations to improve fulfillment efficiency and avoid stockouts.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Use analytics dashboards to track daily sales, inventory levels and demand patterns, providing insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, quick‑commerce or FMCG sales.
• Hands‑on experience managing accounts on platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart or similar.
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce dynamics, sales forecasting and demand planning.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
