Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce

About the role

Sattviko, a nutrition‑focused food brand, is looking for a Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce to own its business on major quick‑commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket and Amazon. You will be the primary interface between Sattviko and platform buyers, ensuring purchase orders are secured, executed and delivered in‑full and on‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with buyers and key account teams across quick‑commerce platforms.
• Proactively secure the right quantity and frequency of purchase orders.
• Track PO generation, acceptance, pending, short and cancellations; identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of each PO from receipt to final delivery, coordinating production, warehouse, dispatch and logistics partners.
• Secure warehouse delivery appointments, monitor shipments, and resolve delays, shortages, RTOs and other operational bottlenecks.
• Maintain detailed Excel trackers for POs, dispatches, appointments, shipments and deliveries.
• Monitor fill rate, OTIF, stock availability and account performance; analyse sales and ordering data to spot gaps and growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management and use data to improve planning.

• Strong communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and data analysis.
