Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth on leading Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart. You will be responsible for managing platform relationships, optimizing product listings, and executing promotional campaigns to maximise revenue and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end relationships with assigned Quick Commerce platforms and act as the primary point of contact.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, develop growth strategies and analyse performance.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, images and catalogue updates across all platforms.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, track ROI and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations to maintain stock availability and resolve order‑fulfilment issues.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Product teams on new launches and commercial plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, e‑commerce or key account management.
• Hands‑on experience managing platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart.
• Experience with FMCG, food, beverage or consumer goods brands is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
