About the role
We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager specialized in Quick Commerce to nurture and expand strategic customer relationships. The role focuses on driving account growth, improving service levels, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with key quick commerce accounts.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive account growth and performance.
- Improve fill rates, service levels, and overall customer experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product/Tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor key business metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in key account management, customer success or business development.
- Preferred background in e‑commerce, quick commerce, retail or FMCG sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
