Key Account Manager – North

About the role

Avery Dennison is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager for its North region. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Key Account Plan with short‑ and medium‑term strategies focused on value‑based selling.
• Achieve the Annual Sales Plan by increasing share‑of‑wallet and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams between Avery Dennison and key accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Publish a monthly Key Account Dashboard to track performance.
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline for share‑gain and new‑innovation projects.
• Collect accounts receivable on time to meet DSO targets.
• Monitor competition and industry trends and propose risk‑mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Team player with strong self‑motivation.
• Deep understanding of the selling process and ability to influence teams.
• Proficient in using sales tools and techniques, especially SPIN selling.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills for interacting with peers, stakeholders, and customers.
• Broad business acumen with knowledge of metrics, organisational linkages, and customer value.
• Engineering (BE/B‑Tech) or MBA background is desirable but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
