Key Account Manager – Marketplace Sales

About the role

The Key Account Manager will join boAt’s online sales team to drive growth across major e‑commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Snapdeal. You will be responsible for expanding revenue, improving margins, and increasing market share for key accounts while identifying new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage boAt’s business on online marketplaces, delivering revenue, market‑share, and NPS targets.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term e‑commerce strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Forecast demand, plan inventory, and oversee sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis, monitor trends, and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align objectives and drive channel penetration.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce sales, key account management, or channel management.
• Prior experience as a Category Manager or Key Account Manager on e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Graduation from a Tier‑1 institute (e.g., IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS) is preferred.
