Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Islamabad. You will act as the primary point of contact between VQ and our strategic retail partners, focusing on managing existing accounts, driving growth, and identifying new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of key retail accounts.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with buyers and category managers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Own commercial discussions including pricing, margins, promotions, and agreements.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and forecasts tailored to each retail channel.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support product launches, promotions, and retail activations.
• Monitor account performance, sales trends, and stock levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment, preferably within retail, consumer electronics, SDA, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of retail dynamics and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and commercially driven.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on execution approach.
• Passion for design, innovation, and home/lifestyle products.
• Candidate must be based in Islamabad / Rawalpindi.
