Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between Stryker and its major hospital accounts in Kolkata, driving long‑term growth and ensuring successful delivery of medical‑device projects. This field‑based position requires extensive travel (approximately 80%) to support new and existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones with key hospital accounts, protecting them from competition.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to gather customer requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage project documentation from initiation to handover.
• Support the execution and delivery of new hospital projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders to align Stryker’s portfolio solutions with customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials; MBA from a reputable business school is preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in account management or business development, with a proven record of driving growth in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers at multiple levels.
