Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive growth of Blue Star’s HVAC and refrigeration portfolio by acquiring new key accounts, expanding existing relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role works closely with branch teams to meet business targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential key accounts and focus on acquiring new emerging and competition accounts while retaining existing ones.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery.
• Prepare and submit monthly business reports to the reporting manager.
• Implement receivable management guidelines and adhere to DBO goals.
• Manage inventory with accurate forecasting and control days of inventory.
• Maintain close coordination with key‑account customers, provide prompt responses and avoid escalations.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in VRF and ducted HVAC product sales.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of VRF systems.
• Expertise in ducted HVAC solutions.
• Strong inventory and forecast management capabilities.
• Receivable management and financial compliance.
