About the role
The Key Account Manager will be the primary liaison for our most important restaurant and food‑service clients, based on‑site in New Delhi. You will drive growth by understanding client objectives, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and coordinating consulting, software and marketing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with key restaurant and cloud‑kitchen accounts.
- Analyse sales and revenue data to identify growth opportunities and prepare regular business reviews.
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts and revenue strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Coordinate delivery of consulting, technology and marketing services to meet client expectations.
- Resolve client issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide feedback to product and service teams to improve offerings.
Required profile
- Proven B2B sales or account‑management experience, preferably in food service, hospitality or SaaS/consulting.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work on‑site in New Delhi and manage multiple priorities.
