Key Account Manager – Industrial Sales (Gujarat)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important industrial customers in Gujarat. You will act as the main liaison between clients and Wuerth’s internal teams, delivering tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage long‑term relationships with key industrial clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding client requirements and proposing solutions from Wuerth’s product and service portfolio.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to increase account revenue.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply chain and technical support to ensure smooth delivery and service.
• Monitor customer performance, usage trends and satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain accurate account records, forecasts and reports in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely payment collection and resolve commercial disputes.
• Conduct regular review meetings and prepare strategic account plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or commerce (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of B2B industrial sales or key account management experience.
• Experience managing large clients in manufacturing, automotive or related sectors.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven and target‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of C‑Parts management (preferred).
