Key Account Manager – HoReCa (India)

About the role

Barry Callebaut is looking for a Key Account Manager to grow its Gourmet business portfolio and strengthen the Callebaut brand within the HoReCa and QSR segments in Northern India. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with hotels, high‑end restaurants, cafés and quick‑service chains, driving volume and supporting distributor‑led growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage HoReCa & QSR accounts, aligning with the premium gourmet strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities and co‑create solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and provide actionable insights.
• Manage a regional volume base of approximately 400 MT annually.
• Support product launches and new customer activations to meet regional goals.
• Target acquisition of over 100 new potential customers to achieve a 25 % YoY growth trajectory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, arts, science, business administration or marketing; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in hotels, high‑end restaurants, cafés and regional QSR chains.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering growth.
