Key Account Manager – Goa

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth for our strategic clients in Goa. You will own a portfolio of key accounts, act as their trusted advisor, and expand business across our logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and volume growth for assigned key accounts, managing the full P&L.
• Become the expert on each client’s business, maintaining detailed records in the CRM.
• Identify and act on growth opportunities that others may miss.
• Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margin guardrails.
• Investigate downtrends, determine root causes, and implement corrective plans.
• Cross‑sell the complete Delhivery portfolio (B2C, LTL, warehousing, cross‑border).
• Coordinate with internal teams – Operations, Pricing, Product – to deliver solutions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven success in Key or Strategic Account Management, B2B sales or client relationships (logistics/e‑commerce a plus).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong commercial instincts and confident negotiation abilities.
• Comfort with CRM tools and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to boardroom and team settings.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
